The second of our pop-up dinner series is a French Canadian inspired feast. On Wednesday, March 23rd, Spencer's brings you Carnaval, held downstairs at the Bite.
The Québec Winter Carnival (or Carnaval de Québec) is one of the world's largest winter carnivals. It is held every year in Québec City and is attended by thousands of visitors. There are many activities to enjoy at Carnaval, including ice canoe races, snow slides, snow sculptures, sleigh rides, skating... and of course, delicious French Canadian cuisine.
Au Pied de Cochon is a renowned restaurant in Montréal serving up hearty Québécois fare, including foie gras and pork at the forefront. PDC is the perfect inspiration for our second pop-up dinner at the Bite!
